Missing a lift kind of crushes me emotionally. It’s pretty fucking awful and I usually feel it until I lift the weight I missed or something better.

I’m Standing in a Field Full of Landmines

Doing the moonwalk, hoping I blow up in time.

So basically Bell has said that they’re refusing to reconnect the cut lines in front of my house until the 19th of September. They are also refusing to put up a temporary line. They also decided they didn’t need to notify us OR our Service Provider of this. They ALSO took 4 hours to tell this bullshit to my mother on the phone today. Luckily my neighbors are fantastic people and are letting us use their network until ours it back up.

~6 hours sleep, felt bloated when my belt was on from eating too close to lifting. I have 5 hours of class before I lift now, so I think breakfast before I leave home, and then 1 PB sangwich between classes should be the correct formula.

Deadlift: 495 x 3
Last one was a grinder, first was too slow. I need to make my last warm up heavier. Probably 440 for both pulls and squats. Either way, I could hypothetically set a new 1 rep PR now, but I won’t until I hit 510 x 3

Speed Squats: 275 x 6 x 2
Some guy in the official Crossfit shoes told me that was a lot of weight to be squatting so low with. I didn’t have the heart to tell him it’s just over 50%. They were all real fast, anyways.

Felt good. Pausing at the top is pretty nice.

Didn’t have internet in my house last night because some fucking idiots requested that a sidewalk be put in knowing it would be months of construction AND raise our property taxes, then when the workers filled in the ditches they used Rough Fill instead of clean fill because they’re cheap assholes, so when they dumped it in something cut our phone lines (second time they’ve done this). I’m basically refusing to be friendly with the people on the street (legit one house) who requested the sidewalk because they’re selfish cunts that are not only massively inconveniencing us for what’s been over 2 months so far and they aren’t even close to done, but also costing everyone on the street money, just so they can have a side walk on a street that has almost no traffic whatsoever.

Fucking assholes.
