First set was a bit slow, but the garage I was lifting in was about 5°C at the time.

Press: 185 x 3 x 3
Adam decided to yell “Faster you pussy” during my second set, so I was laughing through two of the reps
Neck Curls: 24kg x 3 x 15
Pull Ups: 90 x 5, 5, 8
Squat: 420 x 3 x 5
First set was fast, but felt funky, second was about the same, then everything started cramping. Abs, lower back, quads, little bit in my hammies. Third set was fucking awful as a result. If ladies have to go through that shit every 28 days, I feel for you big time. I actually missed on the 5th rep in a spot that I’ve never missed before, it’s actually the fastest part of my squat typically, but I reloaded the bar and got the rep. After that the cramps shifted into just being generally sore.
SLDL + Shrug: 345 x 3 x 5
Bit messy, tried them Pat’s way with the bar out in front a bit as much as I could, but the plates were octagonal. Mm.
Rows: 290 x 3 x 5
Bit sloppy, but I felt like doo-doo by this point. Whatevs.
