I felt like shit today, and seeing as I got 500 x 3 two weeks ago, I’m calling it a bad day. Weird to think about the fact that 520 x 3 was only 8 weeks ago.

Deadlifts: 390 x 10 x 1
These also felt pretty shit.

Back Extensions: 140 x 3 x 5

Pinch Grip Deadlifts: 145 x 3 x 8

I’m really fucking hungry.
